Cancellation &
Rescheduling Policy

At Siyanbola Relocation Logistics, we understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to all home relocations, office relocations, and road show event logistics bookings.

Cancellation Before Service Date

·
More than 72 hours before service: Full refund of any deposit paid, less applicable bank transaction charges (if any).
·
48–72 hours before service: 75% refund of deposit paid.
·
24–48 hours before service: 50% refund of deposit paid.
·
Less than 24 hours before service: Deposit is non-refundable due to vehicle reservation, manpower scheduling, and operational costs already incurred.

Same-Day Cancellation

Any cancellation made on the scheduled service date after the vehicle, crew, or event logistics team has been dispatched will attract a 100% cancellation charge.

Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 hours before service: One free reschedule is available.
·
Within 48 hours of service: Rescheduling may attract an administrative fee.
·
Multiple reschedules: Additional charges may apply.

Event & Road Show Logistics

·
Cancellation within 72 hours of event: May attract additional charges for permits, branding materials, crew allocation, equipment reservations, and coordination services.
·
Third-party costs: Any third-party costs already incurred by Siyanbola Relocation Logistics will be deducted from refundable amounts.

Client No-Show

If the client or designated representative is unavailable at the pickup location at the agreed time and cannot be reached within 60 minutes: the service may be cancelled, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and additional waiting or rescheduling charges may apply.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including: severe weather conditions, government restrictions, civil unrest, road closures, natural disasters, and mechanical breakdowns beyond reasonable prevention. In such situations, both parties will work together to reschedule the service at the earliest available date.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or a designated bank account provided by the client.
